I am co-founder of a defi protocol, one of the male developers in our team refused to take any "orders" from me, he was fine with my male co-founder delegating tasks to him. We had to let him go I think we have to accept the fact that women can be smarter than men too and that's how this space can be more inclusive.

There can't be THE asset management protocol. as the way Quasar & Somm works is very different than dHedge & Enzyme. And the way Unison works is different than all these. Quasar/Sommelier : Single Strategy Vaults, Somm stats outsourced Enzyme: Swaps + Integrations Unison: Multi-Strategy Vaults + Swaps + Insurance
