Now that the creator rewards have decreased, what are other ways creators can earn in Zora?

I think it’s possible to have a lot more collectors and in some cases ALOT more. I think if you release art like if you build it they will come or you are expecting someone else to drive your mints you’ll have varying success. I’m basically doing this and minting less. But I think if you make something great and then have a coordinated swarm of mints around it from your friends and collectors then it will get crazy more visibility and can mint 1000x your average. Ironically peoples used to be better at this in the bull market. I’m not trying to figure out how to leverage the platform like that just yet but I’m thinking about it and trying to learn from the people I see who are.

The problem is that most artists will never have the chance to have that mega-mint. As Zora becomes more aligned with becoming a social app than an artist platform are we not then all forced into the same trap as traditional social media - the rule of the super influencers, where the biggest voice wins. If we optimise for populist mega-mints rather than diverse art, media, publishing, video, then we have lost the game.

I think there are opportunities for other players focused on other types of art. My interest is in internet native memetic art where the spread of it is part of the context.
