Will definitely try it one day, a bit skeptical about how the restaurants here store them so ive never ordered it but immediately i trust a restaurant im gonna try it!! And of course the time i finally go to Japan i will not leave without trying it

I understand very much, dee, it’s important that it’s very fresh, as fresh as possible. Indeed, it boils down to trusting the chef, a good sushi/sashimi chef knows and curates the fish, prepares it artfully 🙏
