A lot of people tend to judge others first including myself, so i keep this advice close to my heart to avoid doing that. I see someone doing something bad if i wanna judge i immediately remind myself of something i do that may not be similar but just as bad. Its allowed me to be more cautious of how I am as a person and how I act towards others because you never know what someone is going through and everyone deserves a little bit of kindness no matter how shitty their character may be.
