• Scroll down and click Choose Asset.  
• Select the asset you want to stake. The easiest way is to choose $WMON.  
• If you need to wrap your $MON, you can do that on any DEX, for example here (https://app.bubblefi.xyz/?currency0=MON&currency1=0x760AfE86e5de5fa0Ee542fc7B7B713e1c5425701).  
• Stake at least 0.01 $WMON.
