I recently discovered the thinker Jiddu Krishnamurti... How is it that I had never heard of him before? My life has taken a completely different turn since I found him. I haven't felt this way about my reading since Kafka. A beautiful lesson in humility that I have just learned 😍

He centers on the idea of radical self-awareness and inner freedom. He rejects all organized belief systems, traditions, and authorities, advocating instead for a direct understanding of reality through self-inquiry. He emphasizes the importance of living fully in the present, free from the conditioning of the past and the illusions of the future. His teachings encourage individuals to observe their thoughts and emotions without judgment, leading to a state of inner liberation and clarity. 

His thinking is so different from anything I have read so far, a true invitation to let go.

He invites us to detach from our ego, to stop observing the world through it and instead to truly experience things. Far from words and culture, far from intelligence, etc. Ok, it sounds very hippie when put like that, but I don't know, it’s different, and I really like these new approaches to life 😅

It's sth new to me too. He is from which school of thought? Could you explain shortly ?
