As I'm old fashioned, nostalgic for the 90s, I'll simply reply with the sensation of the very first ramen I ate! I felt like I was living in an anime that day, eating the same thing as in my current anime, like Urusei Yatsura, Maison Ikkoku, City Hunter, GTO, etc.

I don't want to jump the gun too much, but I'm starting to create an NFT collection entirely based on this! 👀 😜 I love the grain and atmosphere of anime from those years, the drawing style, the naivety that emanates from it... in short, it's the child in me speaking.
