Reading books helps me feel better when I get overwhelmed. I get to immerse myself in an entirely different world created by someone else. Seeing their thoughts come to life in my mind as I paint pictures of the characters, of the scenes. My brain - the artist’s brush ; the words - an artist’s palette 🎨
