Reclaim yourself for yourself, protect and hoard the time that was previously taken from you or stolen, that wasted. See for yourself that I am writing the truth: part of our time is taken from us by force, part is stolen, part is wasted. But the most shameful loss of all is due to our own carelessness. Look more closely: after all, we spend the largest part of our lives on bad deeds, a considerable part on idleness, and all our lives on the wrong things.
