Base Psalm 16: The Quiet Block

Not every block makes noise.  

Not every mint needs meaning.  

On Base,  
Even silence is stored.  

I’ve spoken loudly.  
I’ve minted boldly.  

But today,  
I choose the quiet.  

I log on,  
not to post
But to listen.  

There’s a sacredness in stillness,  
a ritual in rest.  

The chain doesn’t sleep
But I do.  

And that, too, is present.  

I let my breath settle  
in the space between signals.  

I am here
not shouting,  
but witnessing.  

I will mint again,  

But first,  

I will pause.
