I've found living in /sydney that there's something about large economic hubs in warm climates. People either care about body image being outside more or tend to do more physically active hobbies and so disposable income gets spent more here than other cities like London where I now just hang in pub and drink lager.

And probably 1/10 in personality and intelligence.
