Home is where my wife is.
That means home has been a tiny electric van stranded on the side of a road at midnight; it's been a shipping container in Estonia, a tent in the deserts of Western Australia.
Currently, it's a little condo in Melbourne full of love and foster kittens. Soon, we hope, it will be a little farm...
But, wherever we are together, that's my home - and home means hugs and support and encouragement, smiles and good food, and conversation. It means kindness, and self-improvement and co-improvement. It means helping and asking for help. It means an end to searching, with every day a new beginning and another opportunity to find happiness together. It means taking turns hiding a note that says "I β€οΈ U" and delighting when it is found. 0 reply
