New Experiment: Channel Pass 

- Hosts can require a pass to cast in a channel
- Users must pay 100 warps for the pass 
- A pass can be revoked if a user ignores the norms.

We’re going to be iterating a bit more aggressively with channels over the next couple of months. Goal is to find the core of the primitive to decentralize (most likely onchain!).

That sounds awesome :-D    Any more thoughts on being able to block certain channels? Getting kind of tired of all these "attack north" "attack south" type channels flooding my feed, but the users I'm following post a lot of otherwise really great content, so I don't want to unfollow them 🤔
