I’m an engineer in crypto who has written and read smart contracts. And I can’t figure out how to get FIL on Filecoin Mainnet. 

Yea, we are not onboarding billions.

I bought on Coinbase and deposited, then converted with their little converter thing when I did it a couple years ago, but now they're on gas.zip, which is awesome.

This doesn’t allow me to send to Filecoin tho? Just from Filecoin?

Set your inbound to wherever you want to send from, and outbound to the Filecoin mainnet, and it should work. Are you trying to use the FIL in FEVM smart contracts or something else?

Oh that sounds confusing. My inbound is “from” but outbound is “to” lol?
