My very biased opinion is that optimistic rollups are a dead end tech. We have the technology to fully prove every state transition in real time, so why even bother with 7 day waiting periods etc? The game now is prover optimization, and I think the (weirdly missing from your list) Polygon ZkEVM is the clear leader.
