What if at some point you want to switch to a different EVM account but you still want to proof that it used to be yours? Because of earned POAP’s an on-chain activity Is it possible to proof the ownership of that “old” EVM account? And store that proof in your new EVM account ?

If you still have the old keys it would be pretty easy to have a contract that lets people signal that they've moved. If this "change of address" registry becomes commonly known it could just be built into various apps that resolve identities and addresses. No zk needed. Maybe even just an EAS attestation.
