Amazon subscription to Allegra, and two a day basically for the rest of my life. I'm allergic to pollen in the bright seasons, and mold in the wet seasons, and dust in the dark seasons.
I also did the shots when I was a kid that blunt the allergies somewhat, but Allegra still helps where nothing else seems to.
