what's one thing you think it'd be helpful for them to hear?

Do more shit onchain. Create art, buy art, try to make retirement money in the trenches, set up onchain businesses. Assume everyone is doing all this but the more this happens the more base core team becomes aligned with the community. 

Also should be proud of the work the team is doing and that it’s the most exciting time to be where they are and that hopefully they’re taking the time to think about this and enjoy the journey!
