Exploring heritage sites with a group from the deaf community was an enriching experience. It provided incredible opportunities for deaf students to engage with and appreciate these cultural landmarks. It was a collaborative project with tourism and historians.

Deaf Artists NFT Collective is proud to collaborate with the Indian Navy for an exhibition featuring twenty stunning works by deaf photographers at Navy House in Chennai. Titled "Tamil Nadu Through My Lens," this photography showcase, curated by Rangoli Dhingra and myself, highlights the unique perspectives and talents of the deaf community. Our goal is to promote inclusivity and raise awareness about the artistry within this vibrant community. The event was further honored by a visit from the Tamil Nadu Governor. Thank you to Rear Admiral Ravi Kumar Dhingra and Mrs. Rangoli Dhingra for providing such a wonderful platform.

RESUMING! We are resuming this campaign after a brief hiatus, during which we felt a bit demotivated. However, we refuse to let this setback deter us from our mission. While things haven’t unfolded exactly as we envisioned, we are proud to have raised $910 of our $10,000 goal, and we’re determined to think bigger and aim higher. Our program has officially launched, and we are thrilled to showcase some of the finest images in our city. We believe this will connect more talented individuals with the world and spark inspiration. We warmly invite you to support our initiative—every contribution, no matter how small, has a profound impact. By helping us raise funds, you play a vital role in empowering artists and cultivating a vibrant creative community. Together, we can turn our vision into a reality and uplift those around us!

🌆📸 Had an amazing time leading a photo walk for the talented deaf students of St. Louis College in the bustling flower market in parrys corner. With the support of Sony Alpha cameras, we dove into the vibrant world of street photography, capturing the dynamic interactions and colorful scenes around us.

Sign language holds incredible power as a vital form of communication for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. It transcends spoken language, enabling individuals to express thoughts, emotions, and ideas through gestures, facial expressions, and body language. This rich visual language fosters connection and understanding, breaking down barriers and promoting inclusivity. Sign language also empowers us to share our unique stories and cultural identity, creating a sense of community and belonging. By embracing sign language, we can build bridges between hearing and deaf individuals, fostering a more inclusive world where everyone’s voice is heard and valued. Do you agree?

"Every picture tells a story, and every story deserves to be heard.” Day 13 Thank you from the bottom of my heart to this amazing community! With an additional $40 raised, we now have a total of $860 toward our $10,000 goal. Your support means the world to us, and together, we’re making a difference! Teaching photography to deaf students has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Using a bottom-up approach, we focus on building foundational skills, allowing each student to express their creativity without barriers. They adapt beautifully, relying on their keen observation and the power of visual storytelling. As we embark on this journey, we’re launching a campaign to raise funds for more resources and workshops. Your support can provide essential tools and opportunities for these talented individuals to flourish. Witnessing their growth and passion for photography is truly inspiring, and together, we can empower them to share their unique stories with the world.
