Throwback to the time my buddy and I decided to challenge our athletes to a little friendly competition. We set up an obstacle course, thinking we’d show them how it's done. Halfway through, he tripped over a hurdle, and I nearly ran into the water station. By the end, they were the ones cheering us on! Lesson learned: coaching is easier than competing! 😂
