The base reward reduction has been implemented
which I believe is an excellent decision made by the team 
If the token price rises (market cap increases) while the token emission remains the same or increases, the market price will struggle to withstand the selling pressure from the emitted tokens. 
A significant drop in token price can result in a loss of trust from users, and once users abandon the coin, it becomes difficult to recover. Currently, the price of Moxie has seen a tremendous increase, which I consider to be an appropriate measure.
