1. After this FTA, will the Moxie team review applicants before conducting the FTA? It seems like the FTA process takes a considerable amount of time, is that correct?

2.  clearing price:
If all bidders above the clearing price are awarded FT and 10 FT remain, and there are 20 people who bid at the clearing price, will the FT be allocated randomly among them?

If there are 100 FT and the clearing price is $5

bids of $6 for 90 units and $5 for 20 units (each of the 20 bids from different people)

will the remaining 10 FT be allocated randomly among the 20 bidders?

2. if there are 1,000 fan tokens up for auction and 500 are sold, then the auction closes with 500 sold
