Bad bug in Rabby.
- balance shows sufficient balance, both in wallet and Etherscan
- transfer fails with "insufficient balance"
...digging in, it's because Rabby internally has an extra pending tx that never made it onchain & is simulating as of AFTER that (completely hidden) transaction.

Appears they know about this, because they have the following screen hidden in settings.

Let me be blunt, Ethereum will not succeed until we set a higher product bar. This is garbage.
