How do we upgrade or replace eth.limo / eth.link ? Goals:
- Load much faster.
- Support `url` records. Check out https://app.ens.domains/base.tkn.eth?tab=records ... but https://base.tkn.eth.limo shows an error page.
- Short and memorable name. eth.link >> eth.limo on that front.

Speed is a hard problem with IPFS but I find eth.⁠limo is usually pretty quick for popular sites like https://vitalik.eth.limo thanks to caching

2nd point is interesting - not part of any spec but I'll pass the idea onto the limo team

3rd is fair. Cloudflare used to operate eth.⁠link but they are kinda stepping back from web3 stuff (https://blog.cloudflare.com/cloudflares-public-ipfs-gateways-and-supporting-interplanetary-shipyard) so I think a new team is stepping up to manage it soon ish
