i was deep in crypto first exposure was CryptoKitties and then Gods Unchained cards 2017 i could see the value of non-fungible digital ownership the art part took longer. in Jan 2021, i noticed just a few people were using CryptoPunks as their avatars. i just left my day job and i wanted to do the same...

...i joined the Punks Discord and saw a really dynamic community- all also on Ethereum at the time now i had been heavy into Ethereum and DeFi at that point for years, but i had missed all of this art stuff the more i learned, the more exciting it was permissionless creators using the world compute machine for art!
