seems like computing is going to develop so hard at the micro end (AR headsets, phones as supplemental processors for these) and at the macro end (GPU,etc. data centers for AI and cloud streaming)

Seems like they've been saying this for years. Ever since tablets failed to replace laptops. I think in the end, the keyboard is simply irreplaceable for anything beyond superficial use.

no probably not - will be a niche and retro thing to worry about your own personal rendering power
