yah Apple's spatial photos are cool, but i suspect we are <2 years away from being able to turn any old photo into a fairly convincing spatial photo through the help of AI

AI will change the game within 20 years for VR. Once hardware gpu's advance and/or super duper LTE advances. AI will be able to replicate virtually identical environments to that of IRL (impossible to do by hand by humans). There will be a choice for humanity IRL or IVR imo
