On x they say, you are free to say whatever you want! That's freedom of speech. However, if you try to free promote projects you love or your ideas then you're not allowed. Sarcastically speaking, that's the real freedom of speech. Pay to promote, and then the whole story will change and you will be free again, and it won't be against it's policy
