I'm taking care of my aunt's animals for a few weeks now, and this cat got sick he's been lying down since yesterday and has vomited twice I covered him up and I don't know what else to do help 😿

Have taken him to the vet yet? It's better to be safe than sorry you know? Have them check him out and you let your Aunt know what's up.
