Doing what feels right usually means doing something scary. You might not see the payoff for months, sometimes years, which makes it even scarier. But at the end of the day, you have to trust that you know best. Otherwise, you risk just becoming part of the slop.

Currently have three buckets: 1. Social Media Assistant 2. General Strategy + Weekly Assessment 3. Simulator (probably the most interesting) Simulator: - This one is the most fun. Built a massive prompt to simulate real world scenarios in a choose your own adventure format. - This allows me to pressure test ideas and pressure test the next year of @hume . Currently building a prompt to simulate the week before it starts. - It usually takes about 10-15 minutes. You go through decisions step by step and answer multiple choice. - I've now had different Hume teams run simulations specific to their dept. - This has allowed us to anticipate items we wouldn't have thought as much about or see blindspots. - I also have it rate my performance in the simulation. - Helps me identify weaknesses that can be improved. Every elite startup will do this in the future.

Every consumer crypto company should have 2 business lines rn. One: A gamified ecosystem for normies w hidden onchain mechanics. Two: Generate traction from crypto natives w token incentives. Goal should be to convert at least 20% of each user profile into the other.

November was one of the hardest moments I’ve faced as a founder. AI agents exploded and we suddenly felt left behind.
