There is a familiar feeling brewing. FOMO, regret, greed. Inflated prices and speculation. It’s never nice while it’s happening, let alone the come down afterwards. Try not to get too caught up in it. Touch some grass.

Good reminder, but nearly all will not heed your advice and the cycle continues. Such is life. Be genuine, work hard, make long term connections. All will work out in the end.
