easy to get stuck in this bubble, but humbling and motivating to spend two days onboarding 200+ new users and talking to 600+ existing users directly

Great work! This is what we need to see and hear to make things better for new users. Discovery can become better with supportive mini-apps if new users know where to look right away. Channels still need some love because not being able to cast into a found community can be frustrating
