Keeping the existing knowledge? Depends on how deep is the past :D I was thinking once that if you keep you entire knowledge that you have now and get tossed to the past - you could change the world. But then... really? Could I invent a car? Nope. Could I make better construction materials? Nope. Do I have any knowledge about innovative medical processes? No I don't! Our knowledge is extremely limited by the tools. We know how to use tools that already exist, but we have no idea how to actually build them (except for the cases where we are professionals at). And so - past and the future doesn't really matter, because you will have to learn to live from zero anyway...
