Running is beneficial to health. Some people say, "I have maintained a running volume of 80-120 kilometers per month for a year, but my cholesterol and uric acid levels have not dropped to the standard range, and my weight has not decreased to the standard weight. I often eat fast food and occasionally order takeout." I think that for the sake of health, it is best to control one's diet while exercising. If one only runs but does not control their diet, especially overeating high-fat, high-salt, and high-sugar foods, they will still become obese and are more likely to get sick.
