Living and working under pressure in today's world, with a complex and ever-changing environment, many people fall ill or even suffer from mental health issues as a result. So, how should we take care of ourselves? My thoughts are to trust in oneself and believe in the ability to maintain harmony between the mind and body; to have a consciousness of "preventive health care," as compared to other things, actively nurturing one's well-being is the most important; and to maintain happiness, regardless of the circumstances, try to minimize the generation of negative emotions such as resentment, anger, and annoyance.
