How should I think about frames vs mod protocol? They seem similar to me, probably missing something

frames are a way of publishing simple actions on html websites in a way that work natively with Farcaster signed actions. Mod on the other hand is enabling richer embedded interfaces within apps, enabling protocols like FC frames to move beyond the limitations of an image + 4 buttons to native like UI experiences

Frame only support Image+Button for UI.. Mod supports Anything!
