OK does anyone have any idea why conventional "breakfast" food seems to so often come with absolutely no vegetables?

For English - it used to be a working man’s meal before going into arduous labor. Usual vegetable options were carrots or parsnip (which is carrot + radish) which did not carry enough calories. I also assume vegetables tasted a lot more bitter before modern era.

Did you not try any of the local breakfast options when you were visiting Seoul in 2019 for the blockchain conference talking about Eth 2.0? Let me know next time if you need tips :)
