Midwest food = great with beer I think. Lots of casseroles, bbq and sandwiches. 

Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri

Midwest beer = tastes like grains (lot of big breweries with lager and small micro breweries with IPAs)
Beer I like = shandy / radler
Beer I like in winter = chocolate stout like Közel
