You're rich, successful, and can beat most of us in an argument. 

But you still have to be nice. 

Not to everyone, but at least to your users, who choose to spend their precious time building shareholder value for you and the team. Behind every metric is a person, and the network won't grow if people don't feel welcome.

I agree. Unfortunately, the cynical me thinks (and probably the founder/ shareholders SV view) is that most builders will come if there’s enough value to be extracted. :(
