Tiger nut juice is a weekend favorite in my home. This is how to make yours
Ingredients 
- 1 cup tiger nuts
- 2 cups water
- A blender or food processor
- A cheesecloth or nut milk bag
- Dates and Coconut 

Procedure 
1. *Pick and Rinse the tiger nuts
2. Soak the tiger nuts overnight 
3. Drain and rinse the soaked tiger nuts.
4. Blend the tiger nuts, coconut and dates with cold water in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
5. Strain the mixture in a cheesecloth. Discard the pulp.
