@derek this is awesome. As someone into mobile app development it's really helpful to see how others think through design. One other framework that might be helpful to apply if you haven't already is adapting some kind of Business Model Canvas to Native. e.g. thinking through what are the value propositions of passports, owning land, stamps, and what are the audience segments for those value propositions? https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/10/Business_Model_Canvas.png
