I think a few things: Titan has been subsidizing a ton of blocks lately (https://www.relayscan.io/builder-profit?t=7d). More nichely, rsync has traditionally been strong earlier in the block and weaker later in blocks. With bloXroute shifting to JIT delivery it's pushed the median slot time more than 300ms later.

I don't think it's "blocks are later, rsync is going to tank" as much as it speaks to the types of orderflow they do particularly well with. If they're better earlier then they would be better at Atomic MEV, so maybe Non-Atomic is becoming more dominant as the bull resumes.
