There is also a phenomenon called Revenge Bedtime Procrastination, which I’m sure we’ve all experienced. It means that at night, even though we need sleep and are tired, we still stay up late. This happens because during the day, due to work and being busy, we didn’t have any free time for ourselves, so we sacrifice our sleep at night to have that free time
