Features:
• improved /filecoin support: added actor types, storage miners, $FIL pledged/earned, sector statuses, transactions, token transfers and more in Explorer › Filecoin

Data sources:
• added support for Filfox API (filfox.info) for querying Filecoin data in Explorer › Filecoin

Codebase improvements:
• improved rendering logic for labeled addresses and datetime values
• `<ol>` or `<ul>` instead of `<div>` for rendering lists when appropriate
• migrated more Filecoin-related data structures to discriminated unions and nested “partial objects” for easier and more self-consistent data merging (next up: EVM-related data structures)
