Series LLCs are contractually created under a Master which OtoCo has put in place in the form of smart contracts. When a user connects a wallet they are interacting with this master to create a LLC, contractually, having full offchain legal validity. They can then get an EIN, make payments all through our plugin page.

The bigger question is whether you'd want to use a series LLC and if it gives you the corporate veil protection you think it does...
