Channel update: public mode is now live

- Public mode allows non-members to cast in the channel

- Member casts always appear in the channel feed; non-member casts will sometimes appear in the channel feed

- You can always make someone a member of your channel to guarantee they appear in the main feed

- Channel owners have the option to turn on / off public mode

/farcaster and /warpcast are now in public mode

/frontend is now in public mode!

I’ll grant memberships to people regularly casting about useful tools and techniques for frontend developers, so if you’re not a member and have some useful nuggets to share about working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web standards, libraries, frameworks and browsers, cast away!
