LOL, I spent almost three hours in the security line at AUS and missed the first leg to SFO on my way to Singapore 🥲 The lines were snaking all around the terminal and I saw a few dozen airport employees managing traffic control. Luckily the gate attendant was able to route me to SFO through LAX just in time.
