@viem is just the vanilla JavaScript library underlying wagmi, and @reown WalletKit has a vanilla JavaScript package.

Everything vanilla JavaScript just works with Svelte.

Years of idea guying crypto things and not getting my hands dirty has led me to believe wagmi et all are only react and thus why people stick to it.
