How's everyone feeling about Matt Mullenweg/Wordpress right now?

I’ve never seen someone destroy their reputation so fast. Clearly there’s a conflict of interest here.

Losing situation for all sides if not fixed immediately – WordPress.org and WP Engine both lose users, and creators lose trust as their operations are needlessly hamstrung by the censorship of services ☹️

Looks like Matt went on a livestream to explain his position – assuming what he said is true, he’s been trying to resolve this trademark dispute for a while. Still, not sure if blocking access to WordPress.org’s CDN was an appropriate response.
