Some sort of “below the fold” for all the spammy/low signal replies to a cast, like $DEGEN tips.

Maybe certain types of replies could get rolled into more of a "side channel" the way phones handle reply sms of emojis. Tips or other common replies could show as an icon on the OG cast.
